Ensuite Bathroom

It was immediately evident; the stomach churning pink walls had to go ... quickly! But before we could start anything, the original white shag carpeting had to be tossed out immediately.

The inspiration for the Ensuite was selected to coordinate with Green bedroom quilt in the adjacent master bedroom. We painted the walls, removed the outdated vanity and installed a artfully angled marble countertop and basin to allow more room. Sparkling new silver and gold hardware replaced the old chrome faucets, and towel rails.

We installed a multi-shower head in the bathtub/shower and in the short term, to keep the budget in check, we kept the glass shower doors.

Finally, fluffy towels were added in jewel tones of green, and purple and stained glass artwork installed on the wall brought the look together.

Green is synonymous with money, prosperity, healing, growth, employment, fertility, success, health, harmony, new beginnings, and renewal (think of green plants). Green! What a refreshing start to your day.
