Next we plan and prioritize. We identify how to proceed. In this process we take into consideration your inspiration, your existing decor and your budget expectations

Then we examine what we can use that you already own. Bringing life back to something that otherwise would have found its way into the landfill is very satisfying and environmentally friendly, too. Treasured furnishings can be restored, refinished or reupholstered to help it fit into your new scheme.

Adding accessories, artwork, collectibles, and plants are the final finishing touches. We offer hints for the best display or arrange them for you. Whatever the room, we work in all styles.

Interior Decorating Pricing:

  1. Fees for our general methods of operation in connection with the Interior Decorating services such as design recommendations, administration and expediting, sourcing, shopping and travel time are calculated at an hourly rate of $125 plus GST.
  2. A written quote can be arranged outlining the project’s total costs including material, labour and consultation.
In order to begin work, a 40% retainer will be required. The balance will be payable at the time of completion.

Spotlight on Decor has a vast network of trades-people’s services, wholesale and manufacturer product sources and many of items can be purchased through Spotlight on Decor for very favourable pricing. Shopping services are available at the rate of $125 per hour and invoiced at the time of delivery.

For our client’s protection, no product orders will be initiated without their approved "Confirmation of Order". Custom orders, once initiated, cannot be cancelled.
