We identify things that could stall - or even prevent a sale. You know, the repairs you’ve lived with but haven’t got around to - the personal stuff (like the bowling trophy collection) - anything that says “My place. Keep out!”

- We show you how simple adjustments can make rooms look larger, cozier, and inviting.
- Depending on size and needs, this is usually 1-2 hours.
- Within 24 hours we send you a personalized checklist for you to follow including the Top 10 Best Things to Do and the Top 10 Worst Things to Do.
Home Staging Pricing:
Our general methods of operation in connection with the Home Staging services include the following items.
- 3 meetings to a total of 3 hours:
- 1 hour to scope out the project and make design recommendations to homeowner
- 30 minutes for an interim inspection of work completed by homeowner
- 1.5 hours to provide final staging services
- A comprehensive, personalized checklist report
- Administration, expediting
- Sourcing and travel time
These services will be billed at a cost of to one fifth of one percent of the listing price plus GST. In order to begin work, a 40% retainer will be required. The balance will be payable at the time of listing the property, or final staging services, whichever comes first.
Spotlight on Decor has a vast network of trades-people’s services, wholesale and manufacturer product sources and many of the sundry items, should they be necessary, such as accessories, lighting fixtures, door and drawer hardware, new flooring and window treatments, including furniture rental can be purchased through Spotlight on Decor for very favourable pricing. Shopping services are available at the rate of $125 per hour and invoiced at the time of delivery.
For your protection, no product orders will be initiated without the homeowners approved "Confirmation of Order".
