Management and staff of Spotlight on Decor are aware of the need, and are trained, to exercise the utmost discretion in handling information obtained from customers in the provision of our services.
When you provide personal information to us, through our website, by phone or by fax, we will validate your details, such as your name, address, and where applicable, credit card number and expiry date. Some of this information is essential for us to be able to accurately identify who is using our services and as such is mandatory. We value your trust and your information will be held in strictest confidence.
If you prefer to pay via credit card through our offices, we will email you our Credit Card Authorization Form that you must fill out, sign and FAX back to us for processing, or if you prefer to give us your information over the phone, we will issue an email with the particulars of the transaction (showing only the last 4 digits of the credit card, for identification) and request authorization by referring to the email. At no time will this information be located on an internet accessible server.
